We had an amazing stay at this hotel with its beautiful period features, interior courtyards, and lovely, peaceful gardens. We especially enjoyed the fresh flowers in our room, the open fires in the communal areas, and the excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The staff was really great and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Additionally, we found this location to be very convenient as it was close to many other attractions down the Avenue of the Volcanoes.
Nothing for us.

This lovely hacienda along the Avenue of the Volcanoes boasts spacious, rustic-style rooms with well-kept grounds. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with helpful staff and an adequate breakfast selection. The restaurant on site also offers reasonably priced meals.
The unreliable Wi-Fi and occasional issues with bathroom fixtures may detract from an otherwise delightful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, set in a beautiful garden, was a peaceful and serene retreat. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The restaurant manager in particular made a lot of effort to ensure that everything was perfect. The hotel also offered a range of facilities including a spa, fitness center, and game room, providing plenty of options for leisure activities.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with rustic furnishings. The bar and restaurant were reasonably priced and offered good quality food. The hotel's location was quiet and peaceful, and the well-kept grounds added to the overall charm of the place. It was a lovely surprise to find such a nice hotel in this part of the country.
It was difficult to find the hotel without good sat nav, and the reception wasn't very welcoming. The room was on the cold side, with unreliable hot water for the shower and uncomfortable bedding.

Spent Christmas at a cozy lodging in the Andes with amazing views. Loved the traditional fireplace and the comfy sofas where we chatted with other guests. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the fresh bread and local cheese. The rustic décor and beautiful gardens added to the charm.
The hotel was a bit far from the town center, so we had to use taxis to explore the area. The petting zoo was cute, but some of the animals seemed cramped.
